. When would it be a good time to paint the exterior of my house? This question came up to us a lot from our customers. Well, the facts are from the look at the condition of your house. For example:

* If the water from the rain can not get into the siding or frame of your house and the paint still in a good condition on the siding, your house is fine unless you like to re-new or change the color.

* If your sidings and frame are damaged by rain water, we suggested that you should have your house exterior paint. If water leak into your house, the house condition will eventually turn bad within couple rainy seasons. Exterior paint not only makes your house look prettier, but also protect your house from weather condition especially raining season.

These are the process that we apply for exterior painting

1. Pressure Washing

2. Let it dried, scrape away any loose paint. Thoroughly sand through all the rough surfaces, filling holes with exterior spackle, caulking all the places that could let water runs into frame of the house

3.Cover all the backyard, garden, deck so don't let it over spray.

4.Apply a prime coat so that could protect your house from weather condition.

5.2 finish coats (back brush or back roll depends on customer prefer)

6. 2 finish coats on Trims and gutter

7.Check out with customer and make sure customer is happy. Touch up those places that customer requests.

8.Clean up.

Deck and Patio

Deck and patio surface area are at extreme exposure at 100% of the time and all weather conditions. Therefore, decks and patio can easily rotten if you don't take a good care of it. Picture on the left showed an after stained. The work will give it a natural look and your deck would last much longer.
